The recycling centre in Salisbury (often referred to as the dump or tip) is the place to go to get rid of your rubbish and waste, the opening times and days are listed below. Salisbury Recycling Centre Opening Times

The centre is open every day with the exception of Thursday. The centre is open from 9am to 4pm during the summer months which are the 1st of April until the 31st of October. 

You can drive your car to the tip with a small trailer that is up to 1.8 metres in length, or 6ft in English. If your trailer is longer than this then see below.

If you have a large van or trailer then the Council would rather you visited the household recycling centre at Amesbury. Also note that if you have a van, flatbed, pick-up or large trailer (1.8 and 3 metres or 6-10 feet long) then you will need to apply for a permit. For more details follow this link.
